Zeiss CMM Training
Wolf Metrology offers on-site Zeiss CALYPSO training courses that build on your experience with an emphasis on comprehension. Our thorough training using your parts and CMM, which eliminate the gap between theory and reality that is often there after a typical software training by teaching and helping you apply rules and concepts from real world applications.
Basic Training- Our 4-day on-site CALYPSO Basic training course will teach you the basic skills, tools and concepts you need to be productive.
Advanaced Training- Build on your CALYPSO Basic skills with our 3-day on-site Advanced training.
Application Specific Training- Have you had previous training classes and are struggling on connecting newly learned software tools and concepts to real world application? We can help with our application specific training that will help you address some of the common issues including but not limited to:
- Application of GD&T
- Repeatability
- Accuracy
- Correlation to other CMMs, gauges and hand tools
- Inefficient programs with excessive probe changes and wasted movements
- Solid alignment strategies
